Hotel Campione - Bissone

Hotel Campione is a well-run establishment offering perfect accommodation in an amazing setting. It's conveniently located near Ticino and Lake Lugano. the newly designed standard single room features a mini-balcony with a lovely view, along with two additional bedrooms.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed and brand-new with 2 bedrooms as well as balcony. The breakfast was healthy with great view and 4 beers, liked what was offered.

the hotel was in a stunning location short walk to lake lugano, which has lovely restaurants, and a lovely restaurant overlooking a smaller part of the lake. it also was to many sight seeing attractions.

This hotel is beautifully situated, just a 10-15 minute stroll from the market, making it a wonderful place to stay.

Food was very boring and poor quality

Very nice location, with a beautiful view of the lake, clean rooms and kind personnel.

The breakfast is poor; the bathrooms and the rooms are small but good for a single person.

The superior room we stayed in was very practical, especially with the adjustable beds. the location couldn't be better, as it was right next to Southover Grange Gardens. 🌳.

Very accommodating staff. I require gluten free and they went out of their way to get that in

The room I stayed in had a small balcony with a amazing view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, and their English was great. The location was convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to Lugano and even a day trip to Como in Italy. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay near Lake Lugano.

we just borrowed the plate and knife, with a kettle for boiling water, and it charged us CHF10 for the room service!!! and most importantly, it hasn't told us that CHF10 would be charged until check-out!!! We're unhappy with the service!

The landscape is fantastic. Competent and friendly staff.

(At least some of ) The rooms are due to air-conditioning very loud (the bed vibrates even when your AC is turned off). The restaurant/breakfast is fair (for Italian and Swiss Standards).

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even upgrading our room at no extra charge. The food was delicious, and the view from the hotel over Lake Lugano and the snowy Alps was absolutely breathtaking. The location was perfect, right by the lake and in the Lugano area, making it easy to explore other towns. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with some even having a balcony or a very nice private terrace. I also appreciated the basic amenities and the option of having air conditioning. The breakfast with its great view was the perfect way to start the day.

All aspects of this hotel were absolutely fine.

Very friendly staff and, something remarkable: no need for a password to use the - unlimited - Internet. Something worth mentioning and, I hope, a sign of things to come in the hotel sector in general.
